General Terms and Conditions for Adrina-Australia
Article 1 - Definitions
- Withdrawal Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right to withdraw from the agreement.
- Consumer: Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
- Entrepreneur: Adrina-Australia, the seller of goods and services offered through this website.
- Distance Contract: A contract concluded between Adrina-Australia and the consumer without physical presence, using remote communication means.
- Durable Medium: Any tool that allows the consumer or seller to store information personally directed at them for future reference.
- Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract during the specified period.
- Day: Calendar day.

Article 3 - Applicability
By purchasing any product through our website, consumers automatically agree to these terms and conditions, including our return policy. These terms apply to all offers, contracts, and transactions between Adrina-Australia and consumers in Australia.
While these terms comply with Australian consumer protection laws, they also aim to align with European regulations where relevant.
Article 4 - Offer and Acceptance

- The consumer accepts the offer by placing an order through our website, which will then be confirmed electronically.
- Adrina-Australia reserves the right to refuse any order or to attach special conditions to the delivery without needing to provide reasons.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused, and unopened condition.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Request a Return: Contact Adrina-Australia by emailing info@adrina-australia.com with your order details within the 30-day period. We will provide you with a return form and further instructions.
- Prepare Your Return: Items should be securely packaged, clearly marked as "Returns," and sent using a traceable and insured shipping service.
- Complete the Return Form: Only returns that have been approved and include a completed return form will be processed.
Article 6 - Return Costs
- The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the consumer.
- Returns are processed at our facility outside Australia, which may result in higher shipping fees.
- If products are returned damaged or not in their original condition, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Article 7 - Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Certain products are not eligible for return or withdrawal, and these exclusions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages. These include:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products with a limited shelf life or that may spoil quickly.
- Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Article 8 - Customs and Import Duties
Consumers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to their order when it enters Australia. If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to Adrina-Australia, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.
Article 9 - Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on our website are in AUD and include or exclude applicable taxes as specified. Adrina-Australia reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed. In the case of significant price increases after an order is placed, consumers may cancel their order if the increase exceeds 5%.
Article 10 - Warranty and Liability
Adrina-Australia ensures that products meet the specifications advertised. Claims for defective products must be submitted in writing to info@adrina-australia.com within 30 days of delivery. The warranty does not cover defects due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Article 11 - Limitation of Liability
Adrina-Australia’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Adrina-Australia will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.
Article 12 - Refund Processing Time
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process refunds within five to ten working days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
Article 13 - Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved according to Australian consumer laws, with consideration of European regulations where applicable.
Article 14 - Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Adrina-Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website before taking effect.
