Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality and service at an affordable price. To offer you free shipping, we ship directly from our supplier. This shipping method is not only healthier for our planet by reducing fuel emissions, but it also allows us to offer our customers a lower price while maintaining the same quality.

Since we ship products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 6-13 working days from the time of dispatch. This is subject to a processing time of +/- 3 days. Due to high demand for our products, there may be a slight delay, which we compensate for in these shipments.

Pre-order Information

• Extended delivery time: Our normal delivery time of 6-13 working days has been temporarily extended to a maximum of 20 days for pre-orders. Please take this into account when placing your order.
• Gift worth AUD 50 with each pre-order: As a token of our appreciation for your support, you will receive a special gift worth AUD 50 with each pre-order.
• No cancellations: Once you have placed a pre-order, it is not possible to cancel as we make special purchases for these orders to meet demand. As a result, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.
• Customer Service: We are available for any inquiries and will do our best to keep you updated on order status.
