SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality and service at an affordable price. To offer you free shipping, we ship directly from our supplier. This shipping method is not only healthier for our planet by reducing fuel emissions, but it also allows us to offer our customers a lower price while maintaining the same quality.

Since we ship products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 6-13 working days from the time of dispatch. This is subject to a processing time of +/- 3 days. Due to high demand for our products, there may be a slight delay, which we compensate for in these shipments.

Pre-order Information

- Extended delivery time: Our normal delivery time of 6-13 working days has been temporarily extended to a maximum of 20 days for pre-orders. Please take this into account when placing your order.
- Gift worth AUD 50 with each pre-order: As a token of our appreciation for your support, you will receive a special gift worth AUD 50 with each pre-order.
- No cancellations: Once you have placed a pre-order, it is not possible to cancel as we make special purchases for these orders to meet demand. As a result, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.
- Customer Service: We are available for any inquiries and will do our best to keep you updated on order status.

Are there any shipping costs?
No, there are no shipping costs. We offer free shipping as standard!

To offer free shipping, we ship directly from our manufacturer. This shipping method is not only healthier for our planet by reducing fuel emissions, but it also allows us to offer our customers a fair price while maintaining the same quality.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Once we have processed your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us. This usually takes about 3 days. It is also possible to look up your order with the order number and email address here as soon as this information is available.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
Your order is most likely still in transit or being processed. Check the order status with the Track & Trace code you received in the email.

If you are asked to pick up your package after a failed delivery attempt, please contact your local carrier for more information.

Do I need to pay taxes/duties?
We do our best to avoid additional charges by paying taxes in advance. In extremely rare cases, local customs may charge additional fees. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any import duties or taxes added to your package.


RETURNS

Can I return my item(s)?
Yes, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in original condition. Please contact us at info@adrina-australia.com to register your return.

My items are damaged, what now?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please send an email to info@adrina-australia.com so we can arrange a replacement immediately.

When will I get my money back?
It can take up to 5 working days to receive a refund, depending on your bank.
